Ordered Ventvisors for my sons truck, spoke with chat line person, wrong item. Called and was on hold for 45 mins on three occasions. Finally chat answered and said someone would respond to me in a email so I could exchange item. No response, horrible company.
Just to add to others on this site, RealTruck has NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Called on my order that was in stock and shown as shipped, (but of course later learned that no delivery date was on the shipping confirmation), only to be told there was a 3 hour wait time for my call to be responded to. Then I tried their online chat, which is simply a internet robot that collects information and provides you with static replies. Folks, don't fall for the glossy web pages they have so carefully presented. This company is a hoax!

Everything went well with Victor Reina, I brought a truck bed cover and he helped get me a goo price.
Issues checking out and was never notified of it. Followed up with char and resolved.
Slow confirmation and waiting for shipping confirmed for a 23 Jun delivery as advertised.
I purchased an item and expected the normal turnaround time, to only receive a major delay instead of a tracking number. I wish that this delay would have been brought up ahead of time. I would have more than likely purchased another product from them instead.
The extra cost for the front seal is totally crazy for a piece of weather stripping. I didn’t think the install was user friendly.
On May 31st 2021 ordered a set of Westin running boards after 3 days no shipping info or anything.
a ticket was put in waited another 3 days still no info of any kind. another ticket was assigned.
I called and finally spoke with someone and found out
that these were backordered and was not sure when they would get them in. I cancelled order. and ordered
from a different company. Got them within 3 days.
I ordered from RealTruck just different brand of Boards

Excellent transaction. Customer support was second to none and the shipping was super fast. I will purchase more from RealTruck.
Missing parts with tonneau cover. Worst experience ever, had to ca FedEx, and the company. No one knows where the lost box was. After couple days company sent out another box, now had to wait 2 more weeks to get it. I except it 2 weeks before father's day, now he won't get it til a week after father's day. Last time I'll buy here and friends will sure know not to also.
I called real truck I actually got a person right off I told him what I wanted for seat covers because I bought a new vehicle he asked me a few questions we went right through it I was on and off the phone in 10 to 15 minutes and my orders on the way I went to my local accessory dealer and talk to them about seat covers and it took me longer there to find out that they don't have them made for my truck yet

Came assembled as stated easy use. Tight fitting. A little spacing by the cab. Did a carwash with the spray gun. No water in the bed. Looks great too
I made a large order with many detailed factors.
My rep had his work cut out for him. He did an amazing job of bridging it all together in a concise and explanatory manner. I was very comfortable authorizing such a large purchase while ordering from a company for the 1st time. I am impressed with the shipping and ways of letting me know each individual order is filled and shipped directly to the installers business. All in all, a pleasant and ongoing set of transactions. I never got my order either and never could get an answer from them. I canceled my order after waiting 5 weeks for them.

Personally in general, too long, but that happens. It took me 6 months to get a refund from my State. My insurance company took 6 weeks reimburse me a simple claim. Good that you voiced your situation. Hold tight, most likely they are doing their best.

I have yet to get a refund because they are trying to charge a 20% restocking fee.
